Is there some way I'm missing to actually contact OnDeck staff? No channels, no "Help" link...

I can see announcements in the notification bell icon, but when I click to read the entire announcement, it does not populate on the Announcements page. I tried in both Chrome and Edge browsers.

The favorite tag doesn't do anything today. If you mark people as favorites, you can't ever find them again. Can you please build a simple filter to find fav'd profiles?

When I try to edit my OD profile, hitting any of 'return' 'shift' or 'command' all automatically exit the profile, rather than allowing me to create a new line as intended -- very frustrating.

When I'm viewing someone's profile, I cannot search for another person from the same page. I have to go the "People" tab to access the search bar to find the next person I want to learn about.

The user profiles shows the OD program that the person is part of, but it's hard to decipher exactly what is ODET vs ODCT vs ODC. Feature request: Add full form of the programs in the tooltip.
